The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of injection molding experience. Experience with automotive parts is a plus. Responsibilities/job duties will include the following: Communicate with Supervisor, Lead Tech and Manufacturing Engineers both verbally and written Start-up and shut-down multiple machines daily following shift and/or mold changes Troubleshoot injection molding machines/processing problems on machines ranging from 85T - 1650T and correct in timely manner Troubleshoot end-of-arm tooling and 3-axis robot programs as needed to correct problems in production Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas Minor troubleshooting/maintenance of auxiliary and assembly equipment Hi-lo license required Strong attention to detail and safety focused Daily documentation of processes Ability to follow standard procedures as outlined in Quality Manual Must be able to assist setup techs in the changing of molds if needed Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
