Job Description

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Split Shift:
Friday, Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Sunday, Monday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM. Overtime Required. Set up equipment, trays, and materials for scheduled runs, ensuring correct parameters and part quality. Monitor equipment and perform preventive maintenance (PM). Review production schedules and resolve potential conflicts. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Monitor manufacturing process performance and effectiveness. Ensure tool cleanliness and coordinate tool cleaning activities. Ensure compliance with IATF, customer requirements, and Webasto procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
