Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, maintaining compliance with strict regulatory standards, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. Your will help drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and ensure that all manufacturing activities meet industry standards for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality. Able to work while maintaining our safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and maintain good housekeeping in the work area. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and processes, performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Manage material handling activities using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and material handling tools to ensure efficient workflow. Support packaging operations by ensuring proper labeling, containment, and storage of finished products in accordance with safety and quality standards. Assist with laboratory testing procedures when necessary to verify product specifications and process integrity. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste. Able to adapt to new areas within the production process if moved to new area. Qualifications Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment safely. Ability to stay on task with minimal reminders Ability to lift 50lbs Laboratory experience or familiarity with analytical testing methods is a plus. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence, including PPE use, respiratory protection, and hazard communication standards. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
