| MN Job Description This role operates industrial mixing equipment to produce glues and sealants used in commercial and residential windows. You will prepare and mix raw materials according to batch tickets, handle drums and materials with a sit-down forklift, perform basic math and conversions, and accurately record production and quality data in a computer system. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, industrial chemical mixing environment. Responsibilities Operate mixing machines to produce glues and sealants according to detailed batch mixing tickets. Print batch mixing tickets and review instructions to ensure correct materials, quantities, and process steps. Use a sit-down forklift to travel to the material staging area and pull the correct raw materials for each batch. Lift and handle bags or containers of materials weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times per work order while loading and staging ingredients. Transport collected materials by forklift to the mixing machine and follow the batch ticket to properly load and mix ingredients. Set up four 50-gallon drums using a forklift to capture finished glue from the mixing machine during processing. Monitor the mixing process to ensure proper operation and product consistency while the machine processes each batch. Move filled 50-gallon drums by forklift to the shipping or staging area once the mixing process is complete. Complete and upload all production and process information into the computer system for each batch, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Sign off on quality checks and verify that each batch meets required specifications before release. Complete at least two batch orders per shift, following the full process from material staging through final documentation. Perform basic math and unit conversions, using a calculator, to verify ingredient quantities and batch sizes. Handle general material handling tasks, including picking materials, staging products, and supporting overall production flow. Follow all safety procedures while operating mixing equipment and forklifts in an active chemical mixing plant. Work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy industrial environment with continuous machine and forklift activity. Shift
