Operation Technician Show Me Ethanol, LLC About us Show Me Ethanol, LLC is a dry-mill distillery in Carrollton, Missouri, on-mission to supply clean and renewable products to our customers, quality returns for our investors, and safe and ethical working conditions for our employees. Our alcohol's versatility ranges from cleaning solvents and biofuels to pharmaceutical applications and protein-rich animal feed. We use 20 million bushels of locally sourced corn to produce over 60 million gallons of fuel-grade alcohol annually and 160,000 tons of animal feed.

Operation Technician Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operation Technician to support and oversee the efficient operation of our plant equipment and production systems. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth and safe facility operations by monitoring systems, performing field tasks, and maintaining accurate logs. Key Responsibilities Monitor plant operations using a centralized computer system (DCS). Collect product and process samples; perform testing and log results. Conduct field operations including tank transfers and manual equipment adjustments. Complete routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned. Respond appropriately to system alarms and perform corrective actions. Communicate equipment status, maintenance needs, and operational issues to supervisors. Accurately complete shift reports, work permits, and other required documentation. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience with a Distributed Control System (DCS) or prior operations experience is a plus (but not required). Strong teamwork and communication skills.
