Asheville Role Overview:

Unpack Your Potential Join Amcor as a Coater or Laminator Assistant and play a key role in producing high-quality laminated products that protect what's important. You'll assist the operator adhesive and extrusion laminators or presses, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. Job Description:

Possibility Unpacked What you'll do: Set up and assist the operator on laminators to meet quality and productivity goals Troubleshoot lamination, web handling, and equipment issues Inspect adhesion quality, identify defects, and ensure customer specifications are met Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures Complete required documentation and reports Assist with training team members Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements
