Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Battery Technician to join our dynamic renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar battery systems that power residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects. We specialize in the installation of SolarEdge and Enphase battery systems for both residential and commercial projects. We are also open to candidates with an electrical or construction background who are motivated to learn. Training will be provided for the right individuals. Duties Install, inspect, and troubleshoot solar battery storage systems in accordance with electrical codes and safety standards Install, commission, and service SolarEdge and Enphase battery systems Perform electrical and mechanical work related to energy storage installations Troubleshoot system issues and ensure proper system operation Follow all electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures Communicate effectively with project managers and team members Travel to job sites as required (overnight travel may be necessary) Qualifications Experience with solar battery systems (SolarEdge and/or Enphase preferred) Background in electrical work, construction, or related trades with willingness to train Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices Ability to use hand and power tools Valid driver's license and ability to travel Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues quickly. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members across multiple trades and documenting work thoroughly. Travel Some travel required Housing provided for overnight stays Per diem paid for travel days Why Join Us?
