Job Description
Process Technician Help keep our manufacturing lines running efficiently, safely, and consistently. As a Process Technician, you'll use hands-on technical skills to monitor production processes, test and measure key variables, and help resolve the day-to-day issues that affect product quality. It's a strong fit if you're detail-oriented, enjoy being on the production floor, and want to grow your technical skills with support from an experienced team. What you'll do Support the setup and planning of manufacturing processes, including material prep and treatments such as hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, and plating Run tests and take measurements throughout production, tracking variables like temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, and specific gravity Spot process variances, troubleshoot routine issues, and recommend practical fixes, escalating complex problems to the right team members Follow production sequences, work instructions, and standard operating procedures accurately Document process parameters and test results clearly and on schedule What we're looking for Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree preferred 0-3 years in a manufacturing, production, or process environment (recent grads welcome) Working knowledge of basic manufacturing terminology and standard operating procedures Comfort with hands-on production work and precise measurement Understanding of how process variables affect product quality Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines Clear communicator who collaborates well with a small team and handles information professionally This is an entry-level friendly role: you'll work under close supervision with structured guidance while you build your technical skills.
