Shift Differential Position Summary:
Responsible for operating and monitoring food production processes and equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to established quality and production standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and processing equipment according to established procedures. Follow recipes, formulas, batch instructions, and production specifications. Accurately measure, weigh, and stage raw materials and ingredients. Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, mixing times, and other process controls. Make routine equipment adjustments to maintain proper production conditions. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet specifications. Monitor equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions or abnormalities. Complete production records, batch documentation, and quality paperwork accurately. Perform equipment changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation activities as required. Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Communicate production, quality, or equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance personnel. Assist with troubleshooting process or equipment problems. Work closely with Line Operators and other production team members to maintain efficient production flow. Meet established production, quality, and safety goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or process operations preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment. Ability to read and follow recipes, formulas, work instructions, and production documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials as required. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow strict food safety, sanitation, and safety requirements. #LIND26
