Job Description
Shift:
1st shift- 5am-1:30pm
- 2nd shift
- 1pm-9:30pm
- 3rd shift
- 9pm-5:30am
- Sunday
Thursday Process Operator Accountabilities:
- Execute the daily production schedule safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Accurately monitor, document, and record all production data and activities daily.
- Ensure process equipment operates efficiently and reliably; make routine adjustments and promptly escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with shift personnel, Quality Control, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Management to ensure alignment and continuous production flow.
- Support adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards throughout all production processes.
- Food production: 1 year
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year
