Job Title:
Process Operator Job Details:
We offer on-the-job training and an excellent benefits program including a full benefits package
Pay:
$25
  • 38 an hour DOE, shift differentials available at $1 an hour extra for 2nd shift and $2.
50 an hour extra for working 3rd shift.
Available Fixed Shifts:
  • Consistent 8-hour shift working Monday-Friday on one of the following shifts: 1st shift
  • 5am-1:30pm 2nd shift
  • 1pm-9:30pm 3rd shift
  • 9pm-5:30am
  • Consistent 12-hour shifts working 6am-6:30pm, 3 days one week and 4 days the next with every other weekend.

The Process Operator will undergo training in operating grain cleaning, milling, flaking and blending systems. Process Operator Accountabilities:
  • Execute the daily production schedule safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately monitor, document, and record all production data and activities daily.
  • Ensure process equipment operates efficiently and reliably; make routine adjustments and promptly escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with shift personnel, Quality Control, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Management to ensure alignment and continuous production flow.
  • Support adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards throughout all production processes.

$25.00
