Process Technician

Process Technician If you have a background in electroplating or similar chemical intensive manufacturing, then consider this Process Technician opportunity! You'll join the second shift team at a fantastic company with great employee longevity. Responsibilities of the Process Technician Analyze solutions (concentration, pH) and make necessary corrections Plan daily production schedule Operate and monitor plating line Prepare fixtures for plating and move product through process per documented procedures Inspect work for quality Analyze and operate waste treatment systems Help clean spent baths and make new solutions Perform to safety and quality standards Keep accurate records Maintain a neat and orderly work area Qualifications of the Process Technician High school diploma or equivalent required, some college or trade school education preferred 2+ years of manufacturing experience Experience working in electroplating or other chemical intensive manufacturing environments Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Strong math skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally The Process Technician will train on first shift before switching to second shift hours of Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm.
