Job Description:
Retrieving, adding, and mixing chemicals used in the production process. Read, understand & follow all Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs), ensuring all dumps and remakes (D&Rs) are completed properly. Ensuring each chemical waste is properly labeled by OSHA standards. Keep chemical inventory goods up to date, and provide inventory counts as needed. Maintains timing according to the production schedule to ensure on-time logistics. In charge of maintaining/assisting electroless and wastewater treatment. Assist throughout the plant with housekeeping if needed. Loading/unloading of chemical waste Responsibilities include: Reporting accidents, safety violations, or other concerns. Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. More education or experience in a related field may be required. Experience working with forklifts may be preferred but not required. Understanding of chemical processes. Aptitude for mechanics. Basic computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A desire to work with team members to improve processes and product quality in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary. Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
