Job Description

R D Circuits a member company of Advantest America, Inc., which is wholly owned by Advantest Corporation (a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company). For over 50 years, R D Circuits has been a leader in the printed circuit board industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
The basic function of this position is to process work orders through the production function utilizing process procedures and quality checks to insure on-time, correct deliveries. General Responsibilities Operate and monitor conveyorized wet‑process equipment such as desmear, etch, develop, strip, clean, oxide, Sanding & scrubbing, and rinse lines. Set up process parameters, including conveyor speed, temperature, spray pressure, and chemical concentrations. Perform routine chemical titrations and solution checks to maintain proper bath chemistry. Add chemicals, adjust concentrations, and document all chemical maintenance activities. Inspect panels before and after processing to ensure proper etch quality, cleanliness, and surface condition. Load and unload PCB panels onto conveyorized lines while preventing scratches, contamination, or handling damage. Monitor equipment performance, including pumps, heaters, filters, spray bars, and nozzles, to ensure stable operation. Perform daily and weekly equipment cleaning, including filter changes, nozzle cleaning, and tank maintenance. Record process data, chemical readings, and production information accurately in logs or MES systems. Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or recurring defects to engineering or supervision. Follow job travelers, work instructions, and engineering documentation for each production run. Handle chemicals safely and follow all PPE, ventilation, and hazardous‑material procedures. Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with 5S and facility standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, throughput, and process stability Support cross‑training efforts and carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor to meet production needs.

Education
Required:
High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Past experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
At least one year experience doing the same or similar type work High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills for operating machine controls. Preferably experience operating imaging equipment in a manufacturing environment. Preferably with a good understanding of PCB manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions. Ability to work under yellow light. Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment based on OSHA and company policies. Able to lift up to 35 lb. Occasionally, above-the-shoulder lifting.
