This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, ensuring the production of reliable and efficient batteries. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement, helping us deliver innovative products to power the future. Responsibilities Manage a small team of battery technicians ensuring quality and safety standards are being followed. Develop quality standards and apply them in a production setting. Assemble battery cells and modules by following detailed specifications and schematics. Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately install electro-mechanical components. Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams to ensure correct assembly processes. Perform tasks such as placing and soldering components on PCB assemblies. Conduct mechanical assembly tasks, including fitting parts with calipers and verifying dimensions with precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot assembly issues through engineering troubleshooting techniques, ensuring optimal functionality of battery units. Solder electrical connections using appropriate techniques to meet industry standards for safety and durability. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols during all assembly activities. Experience Proven experience in electronics assembly and electrical wiring. Management experience preferred. Familiarity with reading electrical schematics and diagrams for complex assemblies. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, calipers, and other measurement devices. Knowledge of manufacturing processes. Prior experience in mechanical assembly or machining is advantageous for understanding component fitting and alignment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues effectively within an engineering context.
