12 Months contract Shift - 7am - 3:30pm Manufacturing Operator We're seeking a detail oriented Manufacturing Operator to assemble and inspect small optical components in a fast paced production environment. This role involves working with precision hand tools, performing soldering tasks, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Assemble small optical parts using hand tools
• Perform soldering and follow detailed work instructions
• Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Qualifications
• Experience with small parts or precision assembly
• Basic soldering skills (or willingness to be trained)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Must be able to read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive task; work with basic chemicals Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed assembly work.
• Manual dexterity to handle small components and precision tools.
• Visual acuity for inspecting small parts and identifying imperfections. Work Environment
• Production floor environment requiring use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Fast-paced, team-oriented setting with a focus on continuous improvement and quality.

Shift Hours:
