Hour Job Description:

Follow company Work Instructions, policies, cleanroom protocols, and cGMP requirements. Weigh and fill chemicals or bulk products according to Production Work Orders (PWO). Operate, verify, and calibrate production scales. Set up, operate, clean, and maintain production equipment including heat sealers, scales, pumps, crushers, auger fillers, autoclaves, vibrating fillers, and induction sealing equipment. Maintain an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment and follow all required safety procedures when handling hazardous materials. Package finished products for shipping, including boxing and labeling. Complete documentation accurately and maintain expected quality and production levels. Clean floors and workstations after product filling and support continuous improvement activities. Work effectively as part of a team and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or

GED. 0-2

years of equivalent production experience in a cleanroom environment. Cleanroom experience preferred; engineering drawing and Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the majority of the workday.

Pay:
