Chemical Processing Technician•

Cincinnati, OH Pay:

$20•22/hour

Shifts Available:

1st, 2nd, & 3rd (Must train on 1st shift for 6 weeks: 8:00 AM•4:30 PM)

Position Overview:

Crown Staffing is hiring Chemical Processing Technicians for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Cincinnati, OH. Employees will work in a chemical processing environment, cleaning airplane parts in an automated system. Duties include loading and unloading parts, assisting with inspections, and supporting chemical processing operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic math skills Basic Microsoft Word knowledge Comfortable working with computers and computerized equipment Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English Ability to safely handle chemicals and follow instructions Must pass background check and drug screen

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company and customer safety standards Assist Sr. Technicians and guide apprentice-level personnel Study toward and maintain NDT certifications Perform NDT inspections when certified and document results Complete supervisory tasks as needed Perform duties in alignment with company core values

Work Conditions:

Indoor and outdoor plant/shop environment Exposure to production machinery and high noise levels Required safety equipment must be worn May work at multiple job sites in a day Exposure to varying climate conditions

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (most lifts assisted) Ability to walk, climb ladders, and access elevated platforms Work in a refinery/plant environment Clear communication skills, strong focus, and multitasking ability Sufficient vision, hearing, mobility, and manual dexterity to perform job duties
