We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join a high-performing production support QC laboratory in Delaware, OH. This onsite role focuses on testing, raw material validation, and batch disposition in a fast-paced environment.
location:
Delaware, Ohio job type: Contract salary: $22 - 24 per hour work hours: 3 to 11 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Perform accurate quality control testing on production, raw material, and finished good samples following strict SOPs. Identify and troubleshoot batch QC result abnormalities to mitigate defective material risks. Collaborate with production, technical groups, and cross-functional teams to disposition batches efficiently. Maintain laboratory equipment, execute required calibrations, and support 6S workplace organization. Utilize immediate production needs to prioritize daily testing workflows and support continuous improvement projects.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related science with 1+ year of academic or professional laboratory experience OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of laboratory experience. Proven ability to accurately execute and record standard laboratory testing methods. Flexibility to work second shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including weekends and overtime as required. Strong agile learning, results-driven mindset, and collaborative communication skills.
