Shift Pay:

$30.33 per hour plus

Shift Differential:

$1.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours:

2nd Shift; 3:00pm - 11:00pm Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

Resource Specialist Structure Details:

3 levels of Resource Specialist List of Eligible Positions for Resource Specialist Certification o Churn Operator o HTST/Bulk Receiving o Computer Operator o Utility Batch o CIP Operator o Reworker Wages for Resource Specialist Levels Level 1 is equal to class 5 Level 2 is equal to new class 7 When the bid is awarded pay will be at class 5 level unless the awardee is at level 2 then they will be paid at a class 7 rate.

Training and Qualification Time Period:

Effective 6/9/2019 with the 2019 Labor Agreement, Resource Specialists need to know 4 jobs and 2 must be from the above list. This is the requirement to be considered a Level 1 Resource Specialist. Moving to the 2nd level of pay will require Resource Specialists to know at least 6 jobs total, and 3 must be from the above list. Current Resource Learners and New Resource Specialists must be qualified as level 1 within 24 months and there is no time limit to qualify for level 2. Resource Specialists who fail to qualify within 24 months will be reassigned following Article 13, Section 2 unless the union and the company mutually agree to extend this time frame.

Required Experience and Skills:

Must be 18 years or older 1 year or more of work experience in any industry Basic computer and math skills Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Preferred Experience:

1+ year of manufacturing work experience Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present About Land O'Lakes, Inc.
