On-site The Impact You'll Make The Maumee, Ohio Fluid Conveyance Test Lab is seeking to fill the position of 2nd shift Senior Technician reporting to the Lab Manager. The primary responsibility of the technician is to adhere to standardized processes routinely performed daily. Technicians are expected to plan and execute assigned tasks effectively, follow procedures aligned with departmental, divisional, and Danfoss policies, and ensure timely preparation of relevant information and documentation. The technician will independently complete daily tasks with support from a mentor or manager and consistently apply established procedures. This role is typically guided by a Senior Technician or Lead Technician and reports directly to the Lab Manager. The second shift operates Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. What You'll Be Doing Demonstrates competence in performing hydraulic test methods for fluid conveyance products.

What We're Looking For High School Degree Required. 2-5 years industry experience. Associates of Science degree (or equivalent) preferred from an accredited university. Experience in related field. Basic knowledge of fluid power concepts. Strong mechanical aptitude. Problem solving skills.
