Job Duties Formulate and blend products Work on an assembly line to package products Work with chemicals and materials in a safe manner Wear proper PPE to perform job functions Follow directions given by Supervisors and Managers Follow protocols and SOPs to ensure product quality Practice and participate in the company's lean manufacturing initiative Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Experience Requirements 1-2 years industrial manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Forklift certified Experience in shipping and/or inventory is a plus Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 70 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Pay is good." - Staffmark Production Associate What You Will Do As a Production Technician you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Production Technician supports successful manufacturing operations through dependable production work, quality awareness, and teamwork. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe manufacturing environments. Successful Production Technician candidates understand manufacturing procedures, production quality, and workplace expectations while maintaining productivity throughout every shift.
