Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a safety-focused Production Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Cleveland, OH. This role supports chemical manufacturing operations by operating process equipment, following batch instructions, and producing adhesive products that meet quality and production standards. The Production Operator will work in a structured manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork, accuracy, and accountability are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
- Operate process equipment and production machinery to manufacture adhesive and chemical products safely and efficiently.
- Follow batch ticket instructions, weighing procedures, and material addition protocols to ensure accurate product production.
- Set up, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment during production runs.
- Inspect product quality, identify faulty materials, and support rework or removal processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily production records and follow all departmental standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all safety, health, environmental, quality, and production requirements while working independently or as part of a team. Compensation and Benefits
