To add to our valuable team of dedicated employees, the Quapaw site is currently seeking an Operator in High Purity Chemicals & Refining operation. What you will be doing Set up and operate recycling processes and production of Germanium Tetrachloride and refining furnaces Operate processes via HMI computer Ensure quality of product as defined by customer specifications Pull sampling of waste streams to ensure operations meet governmental requirements Supporting role setting up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, research or process control Support conducting chemical laboratory tests of various chemical solutions and samples Who we are looking for You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience You are proficient with computers You are able to read and interpret documents such as work instructions and procedure manuals You are able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds You are able to use a respirator to be a member of the
