Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts | Overtime as needed About the Position:
Join our team as a Battery Technician and take charge of assembling, installing, inspecting, and maintaining industrial batteries used in forklifts, heavy equipment, and more. This role plays a critical part in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do:
Inspect, disassemble, and repair battery cells and components Replace defective parts and reassemble using proper tools (e.g., gas torch) Fill cells with acid solution and measure specific gravity Charge and test batteries, adjusting parameters as needed Conduct discharge tests and interpret results Clean and neutralize batteries at customer sites or in service center Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs Maintain charger cleanliness and follow safety protocols Document service using mobile devices and apps What You'll Need:
