WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensurepliance with all safety policies, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards, and housekeeping requirements, taking corrective action to maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment. Monitor and control production processes by recording operating parameters, utilizing process control systems, collecting process samples, and maintaining target operating conditions. Perform quality control inspections, identify and report out-of-spec conditions, and maintain accurate operational documentation in accordance withpany procedures. Troubleshoot operational issues, perform and verify basic maintenance activities, coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors, and support equipment reliability initiatives. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during shift handovers, work scheduling, training activities, and emergency response situations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or GED required, with at least 2 years of chemical manufacturing experience and experience working in clean room environments. Proficient in chemical handling, PPEpliance, quality systems, and identifying/escalating out-of-specification (OOS) products; able to pass a respirator fit test. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience operating forklifts, using standard production tools, and understanding manufacturing concepts such as production planning, bottleneck management, and time management; trailering experience is a plus. Effectivemunication andputer skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, use Microsoft Office applications, maintain a valid driver's license, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivated approach.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a chemical manufacturing environment, including both indoor and outdoor settings. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, work in a clean room environment with PPE requirements, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
