Here's what it takes to make yours count (Requirements & Job Duties): Ability to lift to 50 lbs. consistently Comfortable working in a cleanroom and manufacturing environment Ability to use hand tools and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Steel toe or composite toe footwear required Cleanroom experience is preferred Process and clean semiconductor parts using chemicals, grinders, and sandblasting equipment Operate hand tools and follow established production procedures Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and contamination control standards Ensure accuracy and quality through strong attention to detail Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors Stand, bend, and stoop throughout 8-hour shifts as part of daily operations More Than Just a Paycheck (Benefits): Real support.
