Full Job Description We are hiring a Production Operator for a day shift position with an established manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a hands-on setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production processes and recommend improvements as needed Follow all company and departmental safety policies and procedures Maintain accurate production and equipment operation records Perform basic tests and measurements on parts to ensure quality standards Work closely with quality assurance to maintain product integrity Assist with picking, transporting, and exchanging materials and supplies Conduct daily inspections of production equipment Safely handle and transport hazardous materials and gas cylinders Operate basic hand and power tools Participate in ongoing training and uphold company values and standards

Qualifications:

At least one year of manufacturing experience Experience in plating or wastewater related roles is highly preferred Vision correctable to 20/20 (no color blindness) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain mobile throughout shift Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Experience handling hazardous chemicals preferred
