Opportunity:

We are seeking a hands-on Process Technician 2 to support process development, product development, and research & development activities within a cutting-edge laboratory environment. In this role, you'll work closely with Process Engineers to prepare chemical baths, process wafers and coupons, conduct experiments, collect data, and support ongoing innovation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Perform technical tests and experiments in support of process engineering and R D programs.

Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain semiconductor processing equipment.

Execute process test runs and collect performance data for engineering evaluation.

Prepare records, charts, graphs, and reports to document results and process performance.

Monitor processes, audit activities, and provide guidance to operators as needed.

Assist engineers in identifying yield improvement opportunities and evaluating new products.

Support process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma, Associate's degree, or equivalent technical experience.

1+ year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering support, laboratory operations, or a technical production environment.

1+ year of experience operating process equipment, manufacturing tools, or metrology systems.

1+ year of experience collecting, documenting, and reporting technical or experimental data.

1+ year of experience supporting engineering, research, development, or manufacturing activities.

What Sets You Apart:

Experience with semiconductor process development or process characterization activities.

Experience supporting PCD, ALD, deposition, or metrology products and processes.

Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Prior experience supporting research and development environments.

Familiarity with Lam Research equipment and processes.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.

Additional Information:

Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

Overtime:

May be required based on project and business needs.

Lifting Requirements:

May require occasional lifting of materials and shipments.

Work Environment:

Laboratory, process development, and R D setting supporting advanced technology programs.

Preferred Background:

Early semiconductor process experience, deposition or metrology equipment experience, and familiarity with PCD/ALD processes.
