Production Operator

Job Overview Insight Global's large semiconductor client is looking for detail-oriented and self-managed Process Operators to join the Optical Systems Division in Breinigsville, PA. This person will support semiconductor fabrication in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating manual and computer-controlled equipment for photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and metrology processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background and strong observational skills. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and identifying quality issues. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, multitasking, and collaborating with team members. Prior cleanroom experience is preferred. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity All shifts are 12 hour shifts - The shifts available are: Shifts B, C and D openings. The B-shift is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Wednesdays from 6am-6pm, with a 5% shift differential. The C-shift is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday alternating Saturdays with a 15% shift differential. The D-shift is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday alternating Saturdays with a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a High-school diploma or GED (Associate/ Bach degree preferred) Technological background in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering Strong level of communication and professionalism
