Starting Pay:

Do:
Complete daily paperwork and data entry accurately. Operate production equipment and HMI panels. Prepare and detangle skeins for treatment. Apply finishes and follow finishing procedures. Measure and mix chemicals according to recipes. Wash and dry skeins using designated machines. Collect samples and perform basic testing. Visually inspect products for quality. Always wear required safety gear (PPE), including respirator, face shield, gloves, and aprons when handling chemicals. Help with tasks in other areas as needed. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Job Flexibility Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
The Skills You'll Need:
Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures Ability to cross-train and work effectively in multiple production areas. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods. Ability to lift 50lbs frequently. High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
