Shift\n\nPay:

$24.75 per hour plus

Shift Differential:

$01.00 per hour (if applicable)\n\n

Shift & Working Hours:

2nd Shift; 2:00 PM to 10:00PM; Weekends\/Overtime\/Holidays as needed.\n\nIn this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc.\n\nmanufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.\n\nYou will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers.\n\nThis will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.\n\nJoin our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.\n\nThis role is part of our Nutra Blend business who is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\u2022 Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others\n\u2022 Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly\n\u2022 Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment\n\u2022 Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process\n\u2022 Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area\n\u2022 Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments\n\n

Required Experience and Skills:

\n\u2022 Must be 18 years or older\n\u2022 1 year or more of work experience in any industry\n\u2022 Basic computer and math skills\n\u2022 Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English\n\u2022 Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot\n\u2022 Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful\n\n

Preferred Experience:

\n\u2022 1+ year of manufacturing work experience\n\u2022 Machine operation and\/or forklift experience\n\n

Physical Requirements:
