What you´ll do Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and actively participating in the safety program. Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified for each area. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Complete all documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded. Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities are completed throughout and at the end of each shift within the assigned production area. Meet production targets, urgently communicating any and all downtime that hinders achievement. Actively train, as permitted and coordinated by Production Supervisor, to become certified in all areas of production. Provide feedback and continuous improvement ideas involving plant safety, quality and production to the leadership team. Embrace the Henkel vision and values. Perform various other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor. What makes you a good fit HSD/GED Preferred chemical batch making experience. Ability to work 12-hour, rotating day shift. Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability. Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards. Ability to work effectively with other employees. Well-developed planning and organizational skills including the ability to work independently, prioritize, meet targets, and manage workload. Basic mathematical skills. Sit, stand, and walk alternately up to as much as 12 hours per day. Lift up to 55 lbs on a frequent basis during a shift. Wear full face respirator as required. Climb and descend stairs routinely. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
