About the Role We're looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined team member to operate our screen printing equipment at our Greer, SC facility. No screen printing background required — we'll train you from the ground up. What we're really after is someone who's comfortable working with machinery, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing consistent, quality work every shift. What You'll Do Set up, calibrate, and operate screen printing machines according to job specifications — full training provided. Load and unload substrates (canisters, bottles, etc.) onto the machine and ensure proper positioning for each run. Mix and prepare inks to achieve the correct color, viscosity, and consistency for each job. Monitor machine performance during production runs and make adjustments to maintain print quality and registration. Perform pre-press checks to confirm screens are clean and correctly set up before each job. Conduct regular quality checks on printed products and troubleshoot issues like misprints, smudges, or color inconsistencies. Clean and reclaim screens after each job, and keep your station and machine ready for the next run. Flag mechanical breakdowns, robot or pack-out faults, and anything beyond routine adjustments to the Production Technician or shift lead — your focus is keeping the line running and the print quality on target. Follow all safety protocols — especially when handling inks, chemicals, and solvents — and wear required PPE at all times. Maintain a clean, organized work area including ink mixing stations and storage. What We're Looking For Mechanical comfort — you're at ease around equipment and machinery and pick up how things work fairly quickly. Attention to detail — precise color matching, clean registration, careful machine setup, and consistent print quality matter to you. Problem-solving instincts — when something's off, you notice it and work to fix it rather than letting it slide. Adaptability — you can shift between different jobs and machine setups without losing your stride. Accountability — you take ownership of the quality and quantity of what comes off your machine. Reliability — your team counts on you to show up, be present, and follow through. Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or a hands-on trade is a plus — screen printing experience is not required. Shift Availability We are hiring for all three shifts. 1st Shift — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 2nd Shift — 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM 3rd Shift — 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Compensation $23-$27 per hour, depending on experience and shift. What to Expect This is an active, on-your-feet role — you'll be standing and moving at the line for most of your shift. The plant floor also runs hot and can be noisy. This is a skilled, hands-on role where the learning curve is real but the support is there. You'll receive on-the-job training in screen printing processes and equipment. As you grow into the role, you'll have increasing ownership over your machine and the quality of what it produces. We value people who are dependable, curious, and want to get good at what they do. Operators who show strong mechanical aptitude can grow into our Production Technician role, which takes on machine repairs, robot upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
