Full-Time HTI is hiring an experienced Process Operator for a leading manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. Safely shut down and restart polymerization process equipment. Identify, respond to, and troubleshoot process upsets. Perform routine area audits and communicate equipment or process concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean and hygienic work area to help prevent product contamination or mislabeling. Follow established safety, quality, environmental, food safety, hygiene, and energy procedures. Communicate important process and production information to the incoming crew during shift changes. Participate in continuous improvement and plant safety initiatives. Report potential safety, quality, environmental, or production concerns to management. What You Need High school diploma or GED required. 5+ years of previous manufacturing experience. Experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work a 12-hour swing/rotating shift schedule . HTI is hiring for our client in Spartanburg, SC .
