Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Technician, where your expertise will drive the creation of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions while adhering to strict regulatory standards. As a key player in our production process, you will ensure efficient operations, maintain compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help sustain a safe, compliant, and productive workplace. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and material handling tools in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Handle industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical agents safely, following all chemical handling regulations and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and compliance with GMP and CGMP standards. Assist in packaging, labeling, and documentation processes to ensure product integrity and traceability. Follow safety protocols diligently, including respiratory protection and chemical agent handling procedures, to maintain a safe working environment. Support warehouse activities such as materials handling, inventory management, and forklift operation to facilitate smooth production flow. Document production activities accurately, including batch records, incident reports, and equipment logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory/legal standards in manufacturing. Qualifications Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities or industrial chemical production environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate manufacturing machinery and material handling equipment proficiently. Familiarity with GMP, CGMP, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols related to pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks during production processes. Certification or experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of industrial chemical handling practices, including proper use of PPE such as respiratory protection. Strong adherence to safety protocols with a focus on regulatory compliance standards in manufacturing environments.
