Job Description

- $1,000 sign on bonus ($250 paid after three months employment, $250 paid after 6 months employment, $500 paid after one year employment)
- PAY This position pays $18.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for operating cook kettle using a standard formula for the preparation of food products. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up equipment for production Place ingredients in kettle according to formula Maintain accurate processing records, including time and temperature Maintain cleanliness of work area Assist all other cook room positions Follow all plant safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Visual, auditory and hand dexterity. Full body mobility. Continuous movement, and must be able to stand for long periods of time Good hand/eye coordination Heavy lifting required, some over 50lbs Ability to work in varied temperature environments (0-50 deg.) - COLDENVIRONMENTS
Adequate reading/language, writing and math skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to meet expectations on Safety, Attendance, Teamwork, Quality, and Productivity metrics Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with coworkersEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
