Process Technician / Chemical Operator - 💰
Pay Range:

What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment, including startups and controlled shutdowns Monitor process parameters and quickly respond to deviations to ensure quality and efficiency Troubleshoot and repair equipment (bearings, gears, structural components, etc.) Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and system checks to maximize uptime Adjust process settings based on chemical analysis, recipes, and production needs Inspect PCBs, identify defects, and perform rework as needed Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Interpret P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings for troubleshooting Safely handle hazardous chemicals (flammable, toxic, corrosive) per regulations Follow critical safety protocols including LOTO, JHA, and hot work permits Document production activity in MES/ERP systems Train and mentor new team members Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet production goals ✅ What You Bring (Required Skills) - 5+ years of experience in PCB manufacturing, microelectronics, electrochemical processes, or related fields (internships/projects count) Experience in manufacturing or wet lab environments Strong understanding of process controls (temperature, pressure, flow, power) Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics Hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience Knowledge of LOTO, hazard analysis, and safety procedures Experience handling hazardous chemicals safely Familiarity with MES/ERP systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment IPC certification (IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑6012, or equivalent) preferred ⭐ Nice to

Work Environment & Schedule:

5:00 AM - 5:00
PM Night:
5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Rotating schedules: Sun-Tue + rotating Wed OR Thurs-Sat + rotating

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $1200000.00/yr.
