Job Description Regeneration Operator 1 oversees the entire process of regenerating mobile equipment, which includes unloading and reloading resins onto different types of equipment. Throughout this procedure, the operator performs quality control checks to ensure optimal performance. Regeneration Operator 1 is responsible for completing all required checklists and documentation to verify that the equipment functions correctly. This role demands careful attention to monitoring equipment performance, calibrations, maintaining accurate records, and promptly reporting any operational issues to the maintenance team, lead, or supervisor. Dedication to maintaining high standards and meeting specifications. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and promoting a safe work environment and culture, submitting Great Catch Reports as part of EHS Initiative. Operating and monitoring regeneration equipment, handling resin unloading and loading processes, and maintaining proper equipment parameters during startups and shutdowns. Quality control is a key focus, requiring regular checks of equipment specifications, resin quality, and process effectiveness, specifically testing pH, conductivity/resistivity, silica, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) using hand meters and other analytical instruments. Diligent documentation of all operational activities and recording specifications and testing on Quality Control documents for
ISO 9001
compliance, and reporting equipment issues by notifying Lead or Maintenance team of issues. Strong communication with supervisors and team members, updating shift production logs, and participating in meetings. Contribution to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements. Attend assigned safety and other training to stay current with industry standards. Offloading hazardous chemicals or waste in accordance with established EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) protocols. (Preferred) Qualifications HS Diploma, GED or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in comparable manufacturing environments involving material Handling 1 year experience with lab testing/sampling techniques and analytics Basic Chemical Handling Experience Preferred HS Chemistry knowledge highly desired 1 year of experience in plumbing, pump or mechanical repair Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Warehouse safety and OSHA regulations Forklift Certified Yard Mule Experience Working conditions Ability and willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor / outdoor). Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterity. Ability and willingness to work in industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities. Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends based on business demand.
