Job Description

PLASTICS CELL OPERATOR II
Rotating shifts 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM $21.71 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Material handling to move production carts/parts as needed to support the process. Maintain the condition and part releasing of molds. Preparing materials and reinforcement of production parts. Demolding/unloading production equipment and parts. Perform tasks associated with automated trim cell operations. Inspect material and parts for defects at all process steps; scrap or rework parts that do not meet company requirements. Assemble product according to operating instructions. Package and palletize finished goods or move units to next operation. Refill material and supply needs at different workstations. Clean and maintain workstation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work safely in repetitive manufacturing conditions. Ability to operate/adjust industrial equipment and exercise good judgment to achieve acceptable performance results. Skilled with the use of common hand & power tools Skilled with the use of calibrated gauges and measuring tools/equipment. Must be able to exercise good judgement with close attention to detail and be able to detect out-of-tolerance conditions. Must be able to read/interpret and apply detailed work instructions and utilize visual aids/charts to ensure manufacturing design/specifications are met. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
