Snelling Staffing is hiring a dependable Production Operator for a manufacturing company in Bryan, Texas. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience. Candidates must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts and transitioning from a daytime schedule to a nighttime schedule after the initial 90-day training period.WORK SCHEDULE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment and report safety, quality, or mechanical concerns.
- Measure, calculate, and document production materials accurately.
- Clean equipment and maintain an organized production area.
- Follow all safety, chemical-handling, and waste-disposal procedures.
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities as assigned.
- Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment when needed.
- Work closely with supervisors, lead operators, and other team members.
- Complete additional production duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts.
- Ability to transition to the night shift after the first 90 days.
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety instructions.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience.
- Experience working around chemicals or hazardous materials.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Quality assurance or color-matching experience.
- Technical, manufacturing, or industrial training.
PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to move 55-gallon drums using approved mechanical equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 12 hours.
- Ability to wear a full-face respirator when required.
- Ability to work safely around industrial materials and chemicals.
- Must wear required protective equipment, including steel-toed boots, a hard hat, and safety glasses.
