Job Description

KP Staffing Duncanville is now hiring process technicians in Wilmer, TX! Job Summary The Process Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by monitoring, adjusting, and improving process parameters to ensure optimal product quality and production efficiency. This role works closely with Equipment Technicians, Production Operators, and Engineers to identify process deviations, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions. The Process Technician ensures all processes remain stable, repeatable, and within defined control limits. Pay $24•$35 per hour, DOE Shift

Hour Shifts A Shift:
6:00 AM•6:00 PM (Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Wednesday)
B Shift:
6:00 PM•6:00 AM (Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Wednesday)
C Shift:
6:00 AM•6:00 PM (Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday)
D Shift:
6:00 PM•6:00 AM (Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday) Schedule follows a 4 days on / 3 days off rotation. Duties Monitor production line parameters and identify process variations or abnormalities Assist engineers in setting up and validating new process equipment and tooling Record and analyze process data to support yield improvement initiatives Perform minor adjustments to machine parameters under engineer guidance Work cross-functionally with Quality and Maintenance to resolve product or process issues Support experiments, trials, and continuous improvement projects (DOE) Maintain accurate documentation of process changes and results in MES or process logs Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and ESD control standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in process monitoring, production support, or a technical manufacturing role preferred Basic understanding of SPC, data collection, and root cause analysis tools Ability to interpret work instructions, process diagrams, and technical specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Comfortable working in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Duncanville for an in-person interview: 711 W Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, TX 75116
