Job Description

We'd love to add an experienced Production Service Technician to our fast growing team. The Production Service Technician I will establish productive, professional relationships with new and existing customers, maintain relationships, provide business growth, problem solving and support to clients. The role will be based in Pecos, TX or Midland, TX.
Responsibilities:
Perform work directly related to production chemical business operations in support of customer production goals. Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with new and existing customers by providing business growth recommendations, problem solving, and technical support. Provide technical field assistance by extracting samples, conducting on-site testing, and evaluating oil, water, and production fluid conditions. Analyze laboratory and field test results to recommend appropriate chemical products for new and existing well sites. Troubleshoot site and chemical-related complications through on-site testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Set chemical tanks and install, calibrate, and maintain chemical injection pumps for new and existing well sites. Analyze production fluids and chemical effectiveness to meet client production and operational requirements. Extract contaminated water samples and perform laboratory testing and analysis with continuous monitoring. Track and maintain accurate data related to chemical deliveries, well site usage, and client costs. Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including chemical usage, laboratory results, monitoring data, and cost analysis, to the Account Manager and clients. Communicate all client concerns, issues, and operational needs clearly and effectively to the Account Manager. Attend client meetings and provide services aligned with the client's business plan. Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with company policy, standard operating procedures, and client needs. Role Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of production chemical experience Mechanically minded, self-motivated individual Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
