Oil & Gas Production Lease Apprentice Location:
Three Rivers Area Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Amine Operator / Oil & Gas Production Lease Apprentice . This role requires experience or familiarity with amine treating systems , along with a willingness to learn and develop within broader oil and gas production operations. Candidates who are eager to apprentice, grow their skill set, and advance in the industry are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain amine treating systems , including monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and performing basic maintenance. Monitor and operate oil and gas production equipment. Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Record and maintain accurate production data and equipment logs. Coordinate with other operators to ensure smooth shift transitions. Assist in training and mentoring junior personnel as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures. Utilize and maintain familiarity with SCADA systems . Qualifications Reliable work vehicle. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience as an Oil & Gas Production Operator or willingness to enter the field as an apprentice . Knowledge of or experience with amine operations and maintenance preferred . Basic understanding of oil and gas production processes and equipment (or strong willingness to learn). Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate:
$26.00 - $30.00 (based on experience)
Overtime:
Time and a half
Schedule:
8x6 rotation, 10-hour shifts
