Job Description

Night Shift Performance Operator Night Shift Operators receive a $1.00 shift differential and a $1,000 retention bonus paid out over a 6-month period. Schedule Monday
  • Thursday:
    4:00 PM
  • 2:30 AM Overtime as needed on
Fridays:
4:00 PM
  • 12:30 AM Days and hours are subject to change based on production demands. About the Role We are seeking Night Shift Performance Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced production environment where precision and efficiency are valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate equipment to process rubber and related materials
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, scales, and rulers to verify product specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following PPE and safety protocols
  • Operate mechanical equipment including overhead hoists, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lift tables
  • Accurately input production data into the MRP system
  • Transport materials and maintain proper product labeling and traceability
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and basic maintenance procedures Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs
  • Basic math, computer, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and follow all safety procedures
  • Forklift experience preferred Work Environment This position works in both manufacturing and office environments and requires daily use of tools and equipment. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required. Why Apply
