The Auxiliary Equipment and Lubrication Technician is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, adjusting, inspecting, and maintaining auxiliary production equipment and lubricated mechanical systems. This position supports reliable production by performing routine lubrication, contamination control, oil analysis, equipment troubleshooting, operating adjustments, inspections, documentation, and authorized preventative maintenance in accordance with company safety, quality, environmental, and production standards. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor auxiliary equipment according to standard operating procedures, including equipment start-up, shutdown, and routine operating adjustments. Monitor gauges, controls, temperatures, pressures, material flow, and other operating conditions; identify abnormal conditions and notify appropriate personnel. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments as authorized, and support equipment changeovers, setups, cleaning, and preventative maintenance activities.
