2nd or 3rd Shift Process Technician

• Process Technicians in this position will make all necessary adjustments and minor repairs to production machines to accomplish optimum machine efficiency.
• They will assist / perform setups and changeovers of production equipment based on established standards based on the product being run.
• In addition, individuals in this position will perform minor maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
• The Manufacturing Process Technician position requires individuals to perform routine preventive maintenance and inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• The 2nd shift position works Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. ($1.25/hour shift premium.) Overtime is available and sometimes required. The starting pay of $25.30/hour does include the 2nd shift premium of $1.25/hour in it.
• The 3rd shift position works Sunday night through Thursday night from 11 p.

m. to 7 a.m. ($2.00/hour shift premium.) Overtime is available and sometimes required. The starting pay of $26.05/hour does include the 3rd shift premium of $2.00/hour in it. N.E.W. Plastics is a family owned manufacturing plant in Luxemburg, WI that makes plastic bottles and containers. We also have a plant that manufactures plastic lumber. This position requires some mechanical ability and good trouble shooting skills. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

mechanical troubleshooting: 2 years (Required)
