Process Technician- 2nd OR 3rd shift

Training:

Will be on 1 shift for a solid 6 months to a year before moving to an off shift.

What You'll Do As a Production Process Technician , you'll ensure production runs at peak efficiency using optimized processing methods. You'll troubleshoot issues, apply root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and maintaining robust processes Troubleshooting EOAT/robotics and processing issues Performing tool sets and pulls Writing work instructions and interpreting cavity pressure graphs Collaborating with the team to improve manufacturing methods Supporting daily schedule changes and production needs Ensuring cycle times, scrap, and efficiency meet BOM standards Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of processing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS) Strong troubleshooting and tooling knowledge Systematic Molding score of 80% or higher What We Offer Innovative and supportive work environment Flexible work/life balance Career development opportunities Competitive salary Immediate 401(k) participation Profit sharing Comprehensive benefits (eligible after 30 days) PTO and 10 paid holidays Open communication culture
