• $32/hr +$2 Shift Premium About the Role This role supports the daily operation of a renewable natural gas facility that processes dairy manure into usable energy.

You will work hands-on with a mix of mechanical and biological systems to keep production running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working outdoors, and being part of a process-driven environment. You will monitor systems, respond to issues, and help maintain consistent production performance. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor mechanical and biological systems across the facility Collect, analyze, and report samples of gases, liquids, and solids Respond to alarms and troubleshoot operational issues Record and review production data to identify trends or abnormalities Perform routine maintenance and support facility upkeep Operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders, forklifts, and UTVs Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance procedures Complete required documentation and reporting Participate in training and on-call rotation as required Required Qualifications 3+ years of related experience or a degree in a relevant field Mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record Basic computer skills Ability to understand technical drawings and diagrams Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation
