Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Plasma Operator and become a vital part of our precision fabrication process! In this energetic role, you will operate state-of-the-art CNC plasma cutting machines to shape and cut metal components with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality parts for diverse industries, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous standards. Duties Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines, ensuring precise cuts according to detailed blueprints and CAD drawings Program and troubleshoot CNC systems Read and interpret technical drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication Maintain optimal machine performance through routine inspections, calibration, and preventative maintenance Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment, ensuring proper storage and movement of raw materials and finished parts Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards Collaborate with team members on assembly lines, fabrication projects, and packaging to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards Experience Proven factory or manufacturing experience working with CNC Plasma Tables Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating hand tools, welding equipment, stamping presses, and fabricating tools Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as SolidWorks for designing or interpreting technical drawings Knowledge of CAM programming for setting up machining operations efficiently Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality control procedures Join us if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
